Per FDA guidance, we cannot diagnose or prescribe, but we have a lot of customer asking us how to use our That's Natural CBD Oil drops for sleep.
We would recommend starting with 1/2 of a dropper-full, under your tongue (and then swallow the rest) about 30 minutes before you go to bed. Our product does NOT act like a pharmaceutical drug that makes you super sleepy (we have a lot of people who use these oil drops throughout the day), but it will help to relax your Endocannabinoid System, which will contribute to sleep.
You can move up to a full dropper-full, we even have customers that take more than that, so this is nothing that you can 'take too much of'.
Another option is our CBD Gummies - either the Nighttime (25mg CBD) or the KnockOuts (50mg CBD). Our gummies have 2 grams of sugar each gummy, which is lower than a lot of other gummies on the market, so this may also be a good suggestion - the gummies include Melatonin, Chamomile, and Lemon Balm.
